Jeff Elias
Founder, Mortgage Adviser & Coach
Winner of the 2016 Professional Advisers Association New Adviser of the Year, Jeff worked previously as a mortgage debt reduction specialist and has an intimate knowledge of mortgages. He likes to look for creative solutions where required and enjoys showing people how to structure and pay their mortgage off quickly. Jeff loves working with and spending time with his wife, Jacque, and is a father of five. He also enjoys tennis and walking his dog, Chase.
Jacque Elias
Director, CEO & Coach
Jacque’s personal mission is to bring hope to families. Whether it was through her previous careers in speech therapy and children’s ministry or in her current role as CEO, the wellbeing of families is where her heart is. Through her own financial literacy journey, she has managed the finances of businesses she has owned as well as transforming her personal finances from desperate to thriving. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four bonus children and has been known to sing and dance a bit too.
Faith Holm
Mortgage Adviser
Throughout Faith’s career she has always strived to exceed clients’ expectations. She has a wealth of knowledge that she gained from working for several years at a major bank as a Business Banking Manager. Faith is an expert in residential, property development and commercial lending. She finds it exciting to play a part in helping her clients fulfil their home ownership dreams. In her free time, when the Wellington weather is nice, she enjoys going for nature walks, fishing and hanging out at church.
Michelle Domenghini
Service Delivery and Operations Lead
Michelle’s favourite roles are service-based. She finds helping people rewarding and fulfilling, and has spent a lot of time studying how they work. In her spare time, you’ll find her connecting with friends and family, studying and experiencing new places. Michelle is inspired by learning and believes our potential grows as we grow, so there is always more to experience.
Anya Skelton-Semeri
Financial Coach & Educator
Anya has worked in a KiwiSaver role for the past 14 years, mostly as a Team Lead. She decided that she needed a change and has stepped into our role as Financial Coach and Educator. She wants to help people figure out their money, use it to their advantage and help them live a life of financial freedom. 10 years ago she started her journey to becoming mortgage-free. In her spare time, she enjoys getting out with her family, walking her dogs, and getting stuck into her garden.
Mae Alampay
Administrative Assistant
Mae has been an Admin Assistant working closely with our Mortgages team since 2020. She brings her focus on excellent client outcomes to the team. Her goal is to never stop learning about what she does for the business. As much as she enjoys her time alone, she also loves hanging with her family and friends during her free time exploring places and trying out new things.
Andrew Wilson
Sales Representative
Andrew is a meticulous and reflective individual. With 8 years of professional experience in management, customer care, and sales and 6 years professional experience in architecture and design, Andrew has developed a skillset of good communication, a thoughtful understanding for peoples expectations and a creative approach to solving peoples problems. Andrew is a self-motivated and organised individual resulting in responsible and accountable outcomes. His values throughout life are Balance, Discipline, Authenticity, Intentionality and Communication.
Charily Tan
Social Media Marketing Assistant
Charily is a creative and enthusiastic marketing assistant with a passion for cosplay. Her hobby involves creating intricate cosplay props and bringing her favorite characters to life. This artistic pursuit not only allows her to hone her crafting skills but also provides valuable insights into the world of marketing, where attention to detail and a deep understanding of audience engagement are essential. Charily’s love for anime, manga, and games provides her with a unique perspective on pop culture trends, giving her a well-rounded and creative approach to her marketing role.

Executive Assistant
Jeuel is an upbeat and open person who believes that everyday is a learning opportunity to develop and grow into the best person one can be. She loves being organized and tries to be consistent with the outcomes. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and love for joining organizations, she personally believes that people’s engagement and empathy are two key motivations when it comes to her professional improvement. Jeuel has a great passion for writing, reading, singing, and gaming, hence, having the never-ending mission to delve in areas that interest her greatly in life.
Hannah Desiree Baldelovar
Mortgage Lending Specialist
Hannah is an individual with a vibrant and positive attitude. She possesses a strong inclination towards broadening her horizons and learning new things. Hannah thrives as a people person, finding genuine joy in interacting with others. With a Degree in Business Administration, Hannah has honed her skills and knowledge in the field of finance. Her professional journey has seen her excel as both a Benefits Specialist and a Financial Advisor, demonstrating her expertise and commitment in the financial industry. She is grateful and finds joy in life’s small pleasures. In her downtime, she is a foodie, she loves movies and the beach.
Ashley Reid
Office Assistant
Ashley’s purpose in life is to create so that others can connect and understanding that brings piece. She loves to keep the workplace organized and tidy, working with Jacque and supporting her as the office assistant at our headquarters in Wellington. She previously worked as an admin assistant for her family’s small business and has a history in manual laborer, where she developed a love and appreciation for gardening. You can find Ashley in her spare time playing dungeons and dragons with friends, doing something artsy, or at home relaxing and gaming with her husband.
Mark Leogee Larenio
Booking Assistant
Mark joined Futurebound last 2022 as a booking assistant and also does a bit of sales. He said he loves talking, which is probably why he got a job in Sales and has been with it for quite some time already before he even joined the team. Right now, he work closely with Jeff and Faith and uses his sales expertise to reach out to people who expressed their interest in getting the services offered by Futurebound. He spends his spare time reading books, watching tv series, taking care of his dog and etc., go on a road trip with his wife and sometimes mountain climbing.
Inderpal Sran
Mortgage Adviser
Inderpal is originally from India and came to NZ in 2010. Though he started his professional career as a Technical Support Analyst, he was always interested in helping people with their finances. Now, as a certified financial Adviser specialising in residential lending he helps people to achieve their financial goals, home and investment. In my spare time, he loves to spend time with his family and kid. He also likes travelling to different places, tasting new food and going to the gym.

Administrative Assistant
Carmela is a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional lending support services. With a strong background in administrative tasks and a keen eye for organization. She is committed to streamlining processes and is passionate about providing top-notch administrative assistance and lending support, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. During her past time she just usually listen to music and singing her kids. Carmela and her kids love to spend time in the beach and it’s also another way of their bonding as well.
